Ironclad Extinguisher Guarantee

Unexpected extinguisher failure shouldn't mean unexpected costs. Any equipment you buy from us is fully protected until its next scheduled service date — just give us a call, and we'll replace it immediately without charging you a penny.

Duration

  • 6 years of full coverage on ABC (red) extinguishers.
  • 5 years of full coverage on CO₂, K-Class, Class D, Halotron, and other specialty types.

What's Covered

All manufacturing defects, material failures, and leaks fall under the Ironclad Guarantee.

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage, intentional or accidental discharge, or use during emergencies
  • Cancellation of service with Ironclad Fire Protection voids the guarantee
  • Modification, inspection, or repairs by any party other than Ironclad Fire technicians

Specific Examples of What's Not Covered

  • Not limited to, any of the below but just to name a few:
  • Forklift impact
  • Accidental discharge during a fire drill
  • Broken or missing tamper seal, pin, or gauge
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Modifications or repairs by anyone other than our licensed technicians
  • Improper storage

The Replacement Process

  • Conversation goes like this: "Hey Ironclad, my extinguisher is leaking. Is this covered under the guarantee?"
  • We say: "Yes, it is. We'll send a technician right over."
  • You say: "Great, whats the cost?"
  • We say: "Zero. It's on us."
  • You say: "Great, what's the catch?"
  • We say: "No catch. You're covered under the Ironclad Guarantee."

The Only Requirement

Remain an active customer. Coverage lasts until each extinguisher’s next internal maintenance or hydrostatic test date.
